Policy

(I). Quality Policy (based on ISO 9001: 2008) 

 

2 years warranty is given from the date of purchase. The warranty is for free repair or replacement and covers manufacturing faults only.

For faults over 2 years warranty we reserve the right to charge for time and spare parts.

 

Warranty Exceptions below:  

 

a) Any man-made damages caused from improper operation, or connecting to excess voltage and overloading, as well as improper use of spare parts that are not approved or not offered by us.

 

b) The product appears to have excessive physical damage.

 

c) Damage due to natural disasters and Force Majeure.

 

d) Warranty label, fragile label, and unique barcode label have been damaged.

 

e) The product has been replaced or updated by a brand new product.

 

f) Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty is the exclusive remedy to the customer.

 

We reserve the right for any amendment or adjustment to this warranty without prior notice.

 

No warranty for those but not limited to: free samples, free spare parts, accessories, consumables, software, shipping charges etc.


(II). Return Policy  

 

In case you have encountered the defectives from delivery to limited warranty, please contact us immediately, we will assist you in any way we can.

 

The Buyer should cover the returned shipping cost and we will afford the shipping cost for replacements shipped to you, please note that we will not accept any incoming and outgoing freight caused by un-approved defectives.

Sometimes we need some short defective samples for technical test and inspection by us, clients should afford the shipping cost first in advance before the QC report figured out, shipping cost can be credited to future orders once defective sample approved.

 

Any return without authorization from us will not be accepted.

 

If return product is found to be damaged, missing parts due to misuse or inadequate return packaging, a minimum 15% restocking fee will be charged.

 

If return product is found to be not damaged, the product will be returned to customers at customer’s shipping account, the test fee is for free.


(III). Quality / Quantity Discrepancy and Claim  

 

In case of quality discrepancy, claims shall be filed by the Buyers within 7 days after the arrival of the commodity at the port of destination, while for quantity discrepancy, claims shall be filed by the Buyer within 3 days after the arrival of the commodity at the port of destination and supported by sufficient evidence for seller reference, otherwise no claim will be accepted. It is understood that the Sellers shall not be liable for any discrepancy of commodity shipped due to causes for which the insurance company, other transportation organization or post office are liable.

 

(IV). Force Majeure  

 

Either party shall not be responsible for failure or delay to perform all or any part of this agreement due to flood, fire, earthquake, draught, war or any other events which could not be predicted, controlled, avoided or overcome by the relative party. However, the party affected by the event of Force Majeure shall inform the other party of its occurrence in writing as soon as possible and thereafter send a certificate of the event issued by the relevant authorities to the other party within 15 days after its occurrence.    

 
(V). Arbitration  

 

All disputes arising from the execution of, or in connection with this contract, shall be settled amicably through friendly negotiation.  In case no settlement can be reached, the case in dispute shall then be submitted to the Foreign Trade Arbitration Commission of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade for Arbitration in accordance with its Provisional Rules of Procedure. The decision made by this commission shall be regarded as final and binding upon both parties. Arbitration fees shall be borne by the losing party, unless otherwise awarded.
